The challenge was to reduce CO2 emissions in these existing homes as much as possible with a maximum budget of 15,000 euros per home. The winning and unique concept of HMM Vastgoed maintenance was partly created by the use of the nanotechnical thermal insulating coating nC® ProTherm, a coating developed by the nC Group, which uses thermal insulation allows a thin finish on interior or exterior walls, so no space is wasted. In combination with innovative and sustainable insulation applications for ventilation, windows and more. This winning solution has a limited impact in the homes during the construction and construction and hardly any housing is lost.

Another big advantage for the residents will be that the living comfort will be significantly improved by providing the house with a pleasant and healthier living environment. In addition to comfort heating and balance ventilation with heat recovery, the unique comfort cooling is standard part of the very compact climate system that already enthusiastic residents will have access to.
